Please register online by Wednesday, June 13. Registration is open to all faculty and participation is limited to 42 registrants, so register early to guarantee your slot!

Due to the program format, onsite registration is not available.

Reservations can be made online or by calling the Homewood Suites at 202-628-4663 and requesting the ADEA group rate. The negotiated ADEA group rate is $219 plus applicable taxes (currently 14.8%) per room, per night for a single or double occupancy room. A $20 charge will apply for each additional guest after two guests per guest room. The rate is available based on guest room availability for up to three days before the event. The group rate is not available after the event.

A deposit by major credit card of one night’s room rate is required at the time of booking. The deadline for hotel reservations is Friday, June 15. There is no guarantee of the ADEA group rate or room availability for reservations made after the June 15 deadline.

To avoid loss of room deposit, reservations must be cancelled at least 72 hours prior to reserved arrival. Hotel check-in time is 3:00 p.m. or earlier as rooms become available. Check-out time is noon.

Written cancellations received by June 13 are fully refundable, less a $225 administrative fee. Written cancellations received from June 14 until June 25 will be refunded 50% of registration fee paid. Cancellations received after June 25 are not eligible for a refund. Refunds will be issued after the program has concluded. Please email cancellation requests to Shalonda King at kings@adea.org.

We are unable to accept telephone cancellations. Refunds or credits will not be given for failure to attend, late arrival, unattended events or early departure.
