ADEA PASS considers your application complete when you submit:
- Filled out online application form
- Fee payment for designated programs (credit card online or mailed money order)
Required documents:
- One ETS® PPI for ADEA PASS Evaluation Learn more...
- (Optional) Professional Evaluation Forms (PEFs) if listed (up to 2 per designation)
- One Institution Evaluation Form (IEF)
- Official dental school transcript

Completed applications are immediately processed and sent to your designated programs.
Monitor the status of your application to ensure that ADEA PASS has received all documents submitted in time to meet your programs’ deadlines. Applications will be electronically transmitted to designated programs by their deadlines as long as your file becomes complete before those dates. You are responsible for assuring that materials are received at ADEA PASS before program deadlines.
International Dental Graduates
- If you attended an international dental school, your academic record must be translated into English and evaluated for U.S. equivalency using an approved evaluation service. Check with the programs to which you are applying to determine the service and type of transcript evaluation they require.
