Frequently Asked Questions

Starting in mid-March, you can register for the conference on adea.org/cci2017. The deadline for all conference registrations is Friday May 5, 2017. After this date, registrations will only be taken onsite. 

Reservations for the Royal Sonesta Harbor Court Baltimore may be made online. There is no guarantee of the conference rates or room availability for reservations made after Friday, May 5, 2017.

If the hotel has available rooms, conference participants may extend their reservations at ADEA conference rates three days before and three days after the meeting. 

The Baltimore-Washington International Airport is the recommended airport for arrivals and departures for this meeting. The Hyatt Regency Baltimore Inner Harbor is 12 miles (a 15-minute car ride) from the airport.

Shuttle Service
Take advantage of the Supreme Airport Shuttle service to drive you to the downtown Baltimore hotel. While reservations are not required, advanced reservations for trips from the airport may be placed via their website or 24-hour customer service line. Advance reservations benefit both you and Supreme Airport Shuttle in scheduling shuttles to meet demand. Call 800-590-0000 or visit their website for pricing information or to reserve in advance.


Taxi
The Hyatt Regency Baltimore Inner Harbor is 12 miles (a 15-minute car ride) from the airport. The taxi fare is approximately $32.

View driving directions. Self-parking for overnight guests is $28.80 per day, and valet parking is $46.80 per day. Rates include in/out privileges.

The many amenities offered through the hotel or near the property include an indoor swimming pool with lap lane, whirlpool and dry sauna, racquetball and tennis courts and a 24-hour business center. 

The Explorers Restaurant & Lounge, Formula Espresso and in-room dining are the dining options available on the hotel property.

To provide an appropriate professional setting, ADEA does not allow children under the age of 21 to attend any conference functions. We request that you arrange for the supervision of children that accompany you. 

To receive a refund for your conference registration, you must submit a written cancellation by Friday, May 12, 2017 to Mas Tadesse at TadesseM@adea.org. ADEA issues refunds—minus a $75 processing fee—after the meeting’s conclusion. Cancellations received after Friday, May 12, 2017 are not eligible for refund or credit.

Refunds or credits will not be given for failure to attend, late arrival, unattended events or early departure.
