Only selected candidates can register for the meeting. Individual ADEA membership is required.
The registration fee is $594.00. Participants are responsible for their travel and hotel expenses. Most meals and materials are included in the program registration fee.

Hotel Rate: The hotel room rate is $179 + applicable taxes (currently 15.5%) per room, per night for a single or double room. A $25 charge will apply for each additional guest after two guests per guest room. The rate is available based on guest room availability up to three days before the event.
There is no guarantee of the conference rates or room availability for reservations made after May 2, 2017.

The Baltimore-Washington International Airport is the recommended airport for arrivals and departures for this meeting. The Hyatt Regency Baltimore Inner Harbor is 12 miles (a 15-minute car ride) from the airport.

While reservations are not required, advanced reservations for trips from the airport may be placed via their website or 24-hour customer service line.
