The deadline for all conference registrations is Wednesday, May 2, 2017. After this date registrations will only be taken onsite.

 

Please refer to the hotel reservation link on the ADEA website. There is no guarantee of the conference rates or room availability for reservations made after May 2, 2017.

 

If the hotel has available rooms, conference participants may extend their reservations at ADEA conference rates three days before and three days after the meeting.

 

Association Travel Concepts (ATC), ADEA’s travel agency, offers cost-saving options for ADEA meeting attendees. Please see flyer for more details.

 

The Baltimore Washington International Airport (BWI) is the recommended airport for arrivals and departures for this meeting. The Hyatt Regency Baltimore Inner Harbor is 10 miles (approximately a 20-minute ride) from the airport.

 

Supreme Shuttle service is available at the BWI Airport. While reservations are not required, advanced reservations for trips from the airport may be placed via their website or 24-hour customer service line. Driving directions

Daily parking is $30 per day including in/out privileges. Self-parking is available for $30 per day including in/out privileges. The hotel also offers valet parking at $40 per day.

To provide an appropriate professional setting, ADEA does not allow children under the age of 21 to attend any conference functions. We request that you arrange for the supervision of children that accompany you. 

 

To receive a refund for your conference registration, you must submit a written cancellation by Tuesday, May 2, 2017, to Donna Casimier at CasimierD@adea.org. ADEA issues refunds—minus a $75 processing fee—after the meeting’s conclusion. A cancellation received after Friday, May 2, 2017 is not eligible for refund or credit.
