Not a member? Join ADEA

1. Sign in as an ADEA Member.
2. Navigate to the ADEA Service Center from the link on the home page or from the dropdown menu under “Welcome (your name),” found at the top left of any ADEA web page
3. In the ADEA Service Center, click on “Networking”
4. Click on “ADEA Communities of Interest”
5. If you're visiting the COI page for the first time, you'll be asked to accept the User Agreement.
6. After you accept the terms of the User Agreement, you'll be taken to the COI homepage.
7. Choose "Join/Unjoin" Community from the menu that extends across the top of the screen; select "View All" from the middle of the page; choose a community you are interested in; click "Join."
8. The next time you log in to the Communities of Interest, the community or communities you selected will appear on your COI homepage.
