The following fees apply to the 2014 ADEA Annual Session & Exhibition and 2014 Annual Session & Exhibition with ADEA Recruitment Fair:

Member or Student Member Registration
All active ADEA members are eligible for the Member Rates. Prior to completing your registration, please ensure your membership is valid through March 31, 2014 or the applicable nonmember fees will be applied. If you need to renew your membership, visit www.adea.org/join or contact the Membership Department at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are an individual without an active ADEA membership, the nonmember rates will apply. If you are employed by, or you are a student at an ADEA member institution, you are eligible for complimentary individual membership with ADEA. You may visit www.adea.org/join or email the Membership Department at email@example.com.
Student Nonmember Registration
To register as a student nonmember, you must be enrolled full-time in a recognized academic institution, not hold an academic appointment, and provide proof of student status (a letter from an advisor or a dean) to the ADEA Registrar. Those registering in advance may send proof of their status to firstname.lastname@example.org. Those registering onsite may bring their proof of status with them to the registration counter.
ADEA requires that all accepted presenters pre-register for the meeting by the early-bird registration deadline of January 31, 2014. If you plan to register at the ADEA membership rate, please ensure your membership is valid through March 31, 2014. If your membership has expired, you may complete your annual renewal in advance of completing your meeting registration, allowing ample processing time. Presenters are subject to the applicable registration fees.
Registration of guest will be limited to one adult guest (18 years or older). A guest is a spouse, partner, friend, or an adult child who is not in a dentistry-related occupation. Co-workers or associates in dental education who will attend educational and professional programming may not use the guest registration category. The registered adult guest may attend social events as noted in the event program. At events where alcohol is served, no one under the age of 21 is permitted.
ADEA does not allow substitutes for meeting registrations. Registration fees may not be transferred to another person. Anyone who registers but is unable to attend the meeting must cancel their registration, and fees will be refunded if the request is received on or before March 7, 2014. If someone is attending in your place, he or she must complete his or her own registration and pay the appropriate registration fee.
Registration confirmations will be sent within three days after registering online to the confirmed email address provided during registration. Check your confirmation carefully upon receipt. Letters of Invitation for International Attendees
Requests for letters of invitation may be made during the registration process. All letters of invitation will be sent to the registered delegate via e-mail as a PDF attachment. Payment in full is required prior to expedition of all letters of invitations. Please note: An invitation is not a commitment on the part of ADEA to provide any financial support.
ADEA accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and checks in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank. Payment must be received at the time of registration. If payment is not received prior to arriving onsite, you will be charged the onsite registration fee and must present a form of payment to pick up your meeting credentials. Your meeting registration is not complete until payment has been received.
If paying by check, please include a copy of this remittance with your payment. If you have registered for a fee-assessed ticketed event and are mailing a check, payment must be received within 15 days. After 15 days, access to the event(s) will be based upon availability when payment is received.

Payment of all registration fees must be received prior to receiving conference credentials.
ADEA reserves the right to charge the correct amount if it is different from the total payment received.
All registrations are subject to the ADEA cancellation policy. The ADEA Registrar must receive cancellations in writing prior to the cancellation deadline date ofFriday, February 21, 2014. A $75 processing fee will be deducted from all refunds. Cancellations received after the deadline date is not eligible for refunds, transfers, or credits.
Telephone cancellations are not accepted.
All refunds will be issued within 8-10 weeks after the meeting. Refunds will be issued via the same method of payment. If payment was made with a credit card, the refund will be issued to the same credit card.
