2014 ADEA Sections on Business and Financial Administration and Clinic Administration (ADEA BFACA) Mid Year Meeting

The BFACA Meeting is an alliance of members of two ADEA sections who meet annually, the ADEA Sections on Business and Financial Administration and on Clinic Administration. This meeting offers attendees the opportunity to collectively share knowledge and learn from one another, with the goal of improving business and clinical operations at their dental institutions.

Hotel reservation information will be available in late June 2014.
The hotel room rate is $155, plus applicable taxes (currently 13%) per room per, per night.
The rate for each additional person, age 18 and older, in a room will be $25 plus applicable taxes per person, per night.

Individual membership in ADEA is not required to attend this meeting. An invitation to attend this meeting is extended to all those interested in Business, Financial, and Clinic Administration.

After the advance registration deadline of September 17, 2014 registration will be accepted onsite during registration hours. Onsite registration fees will apply.

All active ADEA members are eligible for the Member Rates. Prior to completing your registration, please ensure your membership is valid through October 31, 2014 or the applicable nonmember fees will be applied. If you need to renew your membership, visit www.adea.org/join or contact the Membership Department at email@example.com.
If you are an individual without an active ADEA membership, the nonmember rates will apply. If you are employed by an ADEA member institution, you are eligible for complimentary individual membership with ADEA. You may visit www.adea.org/join or email the Membership Department at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Registration of guests will be limited to one adult guest (18 years or older). A guest is a spouse, partner, friend, or an adult child who is not in a dentistry-related occupation. Co-workers or associates in dental education who will attend educational and professional programming may not use the guest registration category. The registered adult guest may attend social events as noted in the event program. At events where alcohol is served, no one under the age of 21 is permitted.
Registration confirmations will be sent within three days after registering online to the confirmed email address provided during registration. Check your confirmation carefully upon receipt. If you do not receive a confirmation, you may contact Monique Morgan at email@example.com.
ADEA accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and checks in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank. Payment must be received at the time of registration. If payment is not received prior to arriving onsite, you will be charged the onsite registration fee and must present a form of payment to pick up your meeting credentials. Your meeting registration is not complete until payment has been received.
If paying by check, please include a copy of this remittance with your payment. Remit all check payments to ADEA, 2014 ADEA BFACA Mid Year Meeting Registration, 1400 K Street NW, Suite 1100, Washington, DC 20005.
Payment of all registration fees must be received prior to receiving conference credentials.
ADEA reserves the right to charge the correct amount if it is different from the total payment received.
All registrations are subject to the ADEA cancellation policy. The ADEA Registrar must receive cancellations in writing prior to the cancellation deadline date of September 17, 2014. A $75 processing fee will be deducted from all refunds. Cancellations received after the deadline date is not eligible for refunds, transfers, or credits.
Telephone cancellations are not accepted.
All refunds will be issued within 8-10 weeks after the meeting. Refunds will be issued via the same method of payment. If payment was made with a credit card, the refund will be issued to the same credit card.
Refunds or credits will not be given for failure to attend, late arrival, unattended events, or early departure.
