2014 ADEA Sections on Business and Financial Administration and Clinic Administration (ADEA BFACA) Meeting
Dates: Oct 15-18, 2014
Venue: Green Valley Ranch Hotel
Location: Las Vegas, NV
The BFACA Meeting is an alliance of members of two ADEA sections who meet annually, the ADEA Sections on Business and Financial Administration and on Clinic Administration. This meeting offers attendees the opportunity to collectively share knowledge and learn from one another and industry experts, with the goal of improving business and clinical operations at their dental institutions.
2014 Program Overview
In today’s culture of immediate gratification and high levels of customer service and satisfaction, organizations find themselves trying to meet the demands of both internal and external customers. Dental education is no different—educators must simultaneously attend to the oral health needs of their patients, the educational requirements of their students and the financial requirements of their dental institutions. As educators, we find ourselves asking, “How do we do that?” while delivering a high quality of service to all of our customers. Best practices indicate that through staff development and training, and the implementation of innovative technology, we can successfully meet our customers’ expectations.
