University of Iowa College of Dentistry & Dental Clinics is searching for a full-time tenure-track faculty position in the Iowa
Institute for Oral Health Research. Available
July 1, 2018.
Must have: DDS/DMD; or PhD; or equivalent doctoral
degree; expertise in areas of research that complement existing College programs
including Oral Cancer Research;
well-developed research program, as represented by publications in
peer-reviewed journals; record of research funding, preferably including
federal support; and understanding of contributions of diversity to excellence
in academic endeavors.
Desirable: national reputation as scholar with innovative
research accomplishments; knowledge of key aspects of modern cancer
development, oral cancer analyses; and funded research program with goals to
interact with clinical researchers w/in department. Academic
rank/salary commensurate with qualifications/experience.
