The University of
Texas School of Dentistry at Houston seeks applicants for three part-time (0.5/0.6
FTE) faculty positions in the Departments of General Practice and Dental Public
Health at the Clinical Assistant or Clinical Associate Professor level. Applicants
must have a DDS/DMD degree with prior teaching and/or private practice
experience. Applicants must qualify to obtain a license to practice dentistry
in the State of Texas or practice under a Faculty License through the School of
the position are to provide lectures, pre-clinic and clinical instruction in
General Practice and Dental Public Health to undergraduate students and AEGD &
GPR Residents. Also, to conduct research and to provide service to the
university such as serving on standing and ad-hoc dental school committees. The
positions are available September 1, 2017. Academic rank and salary are
commensurate with qualifications and experience.
