The University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry is
seeking applications for a full-time Assistant/Associate Professor position in
Operative Dentistry. Responsibilities
include supervising and
evaluating patient care in the pre-doctoral clinics and pre-clinic lab,
developing and organizing course materials, schedules, handouts, syllabi, and
teaching aids; service on committees and boards as assigned by administration,
presentation of continuing education courses, and participation in local,
state, and national organizations as appropriate. Contributions expected to the dental
profession by undertaking research, scholarly, and creative activities,
publications, and/or graduate education leading to advanced degrees.
must have DDS/DMD from CODA accredited dental school or foreign equivalent and
completion of Part I and Part II of National Dental Board Examinations.
Experience in dental education and/or private practice is preferable, and
eligibility for Oklahoma dental licensure required. Advanced degree or equivalent desirable.
Participation in intramural practice available.
