Clinical Assistant, Associate or Full Professor, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery

The University of Minnesota invites applicants for a full time clinical faculty position (Clinical Assistant Professor, Clinical Associate Professor, or Clinical Professor) in the division of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. The division priorities are teaching, patient care, service, and research at the pre-doctoral and advanced training levels. The School of Dentistry is part of the University of Minnesota campus, located in the Twin Cities metropolitan area which is consistently recognized for its overall quality of life.

Responsibilities will include clinical teaching, seminars and lectures to advanced and pre-doctoral students, clinical coverage and supervision, provision of on-call services, and participation on school of Dentistry committees and governance. As well, there will be opportunities for research activity, integration in to the divisions’ continuing education activities and participation in the divisional group practice. Participation in the cleft lip/cleft palate and craniofacial multidisciplinary team clinic and conferences will be encouraged.

Successful candidates should have experience as a clinician and instructor as they will be part of providing clinical and didactic education within the Division of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. New or recent graduates from an accredited OMS program are encouraged to apply.
