Registration, Hotel and Travel Information

The deadline for all conference registrations is May 30, 2014.

Registration fees for this conference are based on Individual Membership. To qualify for the Member registration fee, the attendee must be a current ADEA member. If the attendee is not an ADEA member, then the Nonmember rate will apply. Please note: Advanced registration will be ONLINE only. After the advance deadline date registrations will be accepted onsite during registration hours.

*Registration of guests will be limited to one adult guest (18 years or older) who is not an allied dental faculty member. A program director may bring other guests to the meeting location, but these guests may not attend any component of the conference. The registered adult guest of a program director may attend the evening receptions provided he or she has paid the guest registration fee.

Hotel:

Reserve your room online directly with the hotel. The deadline for all reservations is May 16, 2014. There is no guarantee of the conference rates or room availability for reservations made after this date. The hotel room rate is $189 single/double occupancy, plus applicable tax (currently 15.5% per room per night). All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card.

Airport:

The Philadelphia International Airport (PHI) is conveniently located just 15 miles from the Hyatt Regency at Penn’s Landing and is the recommended airport for the conference.
