The ADEA/Colgate/AAL Institute for Allied Health Educators (ADEA/Colgate/AAL IAHE) recently rolled out the topics for its online series of programs that help allied health educators with educational methodologies and best practices for teaching. Overall feedback for the courses has been overwhelmingly positive as these educators learn to not only enhance clinical teaching skills but also learn new and innovative teaching methods as well.

Courses are offered entirely online. Each course is divided into five live, online evening sessions, each session lasting approximately 90 minutes. Course members are able and encouraged to interact in a live chat room during each session, as well as outside of scheduled session time. Course instructors also give plenty of direct feedback to participants and create a very interactive environment for attendees.
