Registration Fees & Hours

Advanced registration for this meeting is closed. Onsite registration is available during the following times: 

Registration Hours:

  • Wednesday, October 15         4:00 – 6:00 p.m.
  • Thursday, October 16            7:00 a.m. – 1:30p.m.
  • Friday, October 17                 7:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Registration is located in the Estancia Foyer on the Casino Level of the Hotel Convention Center.

Notice: ADEA takes photos and videotapes events. By registering you give ADEA permission to use any images taken at the conference in which you appear, as well as any written comments you submit on evaluation forms.


Registration Types

Member Registration
All active ADEA members are eligible for the member rates. Prior to completing your registration, please ensure your membership is valid through October 31, 2015 or the applicable nonmember fees will be applied. If you need to renew your membership, visit www.adea.org/join or contact the Membership Department at membership@adea.org.


Nonmember Registration

If you are an individual without an active ADEA membership, the nonmember rates will apply. If you are employed by an ADEA Member Institution, you are eligible for complimentary individual membership with ADEA. You may visit www.adea.org/join or email the Membership Department at membership@adea.org.


Guest Registration

Guest registration will be limited to one adult guest (18 years or older). A guest is a spouse, partner, friend or an adult child who is not in a dentistry-related occupation. Coworkers or associates in dental education who will attend educational and professional programming may not use the guest registration category. The registered adult guest may attend social events as noted in the event program. At events where alcohol is served, no one under the age of 21 is permitted.

Registration Confirmation

Within three days after registering online, a registration confirmation will be sent to the confirmed email address provided during registration. Check your confirmation carefully upon receipt. If you do not receive a confirmation, you may contact Monique Morgan at morganm@adea.org.

Conference Payment

ADEA accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and checks in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank. Payment must be received at the time of registration. If payment is not received prior to arriving onsite, you will be charged the onsite registration fee and must present a form of payment to pick up your meeting credentials. Your meeting registration is not complete until payment has been received. All payments must be received to receive conference materials.


Check Payments

If paying by check, please include a copy of this remittance with your payment. Remit all check payments to ADEA, 2014 ADEA BFACA Mid Year Meeting Registration, 1400 K Street NW, Suite 1100, Washington, D.C. 20005.

Payment of all registration fees must be received prior to receiving conference credentials.


Financial Disclaimer

ADEA reserves the right to charge the correct amount if it is different from the total payment received.

Cancellation Policy

All registrations are subject to the ADEA cancellation policy. The ADEA Registrar must receive cancellations in writing prior to the cancellation deadline date of September 17, 2014. A $75 processing fee will be deducted from all refunds. Cancellations received after the deadline date are not eligible for refunds, transfers or credits. Cancellations by telephone are not accepted.

Refund Policy

All refunds will be issued within 8–10 weeks after the meeting. Refunds will be issued via the same method of payment. If payment was made with a credit card, the refund will be issued to the same credit card.

Refunds or credits will not be given for failure to attend, late arrival, unattended events or early departure.
