The ADEA/AAL Institute for Teaching and Learning (ADEA/AAL ITL) offers dental education’s most comprehensive teacher training. The program is essential for new dental and dental hygiene faculty, along with private practitioners transitioning to academia, and inspires mid-career faculty to fine-tune their teaching styles for the new generation of students.
Learn the skills of a master teacher, earn 50 CEUs across two phases, network with colleagues and receive a certificate of completion from ADEA and AAL. Participants will be eligible to earn a Master’s Degree in Dental Education, awarded by the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry.
ADEA/AAL ITL alumni call this program “inspirational,” “a great experience,” and “the most effective course I’ve ever attended with the best learning and best networking opportunities.”
The 2014 ADEA/AAL ITL takes place in Atlanta, GA, with Phase I on August 14–16 and Phase II October 16–18. Tuition is $4,950. Discounts are available for AAL alumni and institutions that send two or more faculty to the program. Payment plans are available for those paying individually.
