The newest ADEA/Colgate/AAL Institute for Allied Health Educators (ADEA/Colgate/AAL IAHE) course, “Clinical Teaching Best Practices,” has proven to be popular, reaching the largest number of participants since its introduction. The course, which will run from the end of October through mid-November, features topics that are relevant to today’s allied health educators, including patient education, interprofessional collaboration and treatment of medically compromised patients.
The ADEA/Colgate/AAL IAHE provides dental hygiene, dental assisting and dental lab technology educators the tools to succeed as a master allied health educator.
Based on its popularity, the ADEA/Colgate/AAL IAHE Clinical Teaching Best Practices program will be offered again in spring 2014. For more information on this and other programs, please visit the ADEA/Colgate/AAL IAHE website or contact AAL Vice President George Weinstein at firstname.lastname@example.org or 404-350-2098.
ADEA gratefully acknowledges the generous, exclusive support from Colgate for the ADEA/Colgate/AAL IAHE.
