 From a Dean's Perspective

Dr. John N. Williams, Dean, University of North Carolina School of Dentistry; ADEA Vice President for Deans; ADEA Leadership Institute Advisor
“I am a firm believer that leadership development is essential for individuals in dental education. The ADEA Leadership Institute is a wonderful program to cultivate and identify future leaders in our profession. The curriculum is broad based which enables Fellows to broaden their personal and professional development. The Institute is a fantastic growth opportunity and prepares the next generation of leaders in academic dentistry.”
