ADEA accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and checks in U.S. dollars drawn on U.S. banks. Payment must be received at the time of registration. If payment is not received prior to arriving on-site, you will be charged the on-site registration fee and must present a form of payment to pick
up your meeting credentials. Your meeting registration is not complete until payment has been received.
ADEA reserves the right to charge the correct amount if it is different from the total payment received.
If paying by check, a copy of your confirmation should be submitted with payment. If you registered for a fee-assessed ticketed event and are mailing a check, payment must be received within 15 days of the date registration was submitted. After 15 days, you registration for any ticketed event (s) is not guarantee and admission to ticketed event(s) will be subject to event capacity at the time payment is received.
