The ADEA Annual Session & Exhibition is the premier professional development and networking event for dental, allied dental and advanced dental education colleagues. These four days feature dynamic plenary sessions and workshops as well as an exhibit hall showcasing academic dentistry’s leading partners and suppliers.

International attendees:
 Requests for letters of invitation for international attendees may be made during the registration process. All letters of invitation will be sent to the registered delegate via e-mail as a PDF attachment. Payment in full is required prior to expedition of all letters of invitations. Please note that an invitation from ADEA is not a commitment to provide any financial support.

ADEA accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and checks in U.S. dollars drawn on U.S. banks. Payment must be received at the time of registration. If payment is not received prior to arriving on-site, you will be charged the on-site registration fee and must present a form of payment to pick up your meeting credentials. Your meeting registration is not complete until payment has been received.

ADEA reserves the right to charge the correct amount if it is different from the total payment received.

If paying by check, a copy of your confirmation should be submitted with payment. If you registered for a fee-assessed ticketed event and are mailing a check, payment must be received within 15 days of the date registration was submitted. After 15 days, you registration for any ticketed event (s) is not guarantee and admission to ticketed event(s) will be subject to event capacity at the time payment is received.

All cancellation requests must be received in writing by Feb. 23, 2018. Send requests to the ADEA registrar at adearegistration@spargoinc.com. ADEA does not accept telephone cancellations.

Cancellation requests received after the deadline are not eligible for refund or credit (including cancellation of events and guest registrations).

All refunds are subject to a $75 processing fee. Refunds or credits will not be given for failure to attend, late arrival, unattended events or early departure.

Refunds will be issued via the same method of payment. If a credit card was used, refunds will be issued to the original credit card only.

PLEASE NOTE: Tickets to the Gies Awards, In the Mix and ADEA Signature Series are non-refundable once purchased; however, tickets are fully transferrable.

Substitutions within this program are gladly accepted prior to the conference. Request a substitution of your full registration by submitting a written request by Friday, Feb. 23, 2018, to adearegistration@spargoinc.com. On-site transfers will not be permitted. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution. Badge sharing, splitting and reprints are strictly prohibited.
