Session Evaluations

April 30, 2017 was the deadline for completing the evaluation process, and for downloading CE and SoTLfest certificates. CE Verification Forms cannot be reproduced by ADEA after the deadline.


Continuing education (CE) credits are earned by:

  • Attending educational sessions in their entirety.
  • Completing the evaluation process for those sessions. 


ADEA SoTLfest Certificates of Recognition are earned by:

  • Participating in a minimum of three ADEA SoTLfest-designated sessions.
  • Attending at least one ADEA Chair of the Board Symposium.
  • Completing the online evaluations associated with those sessions. 


To evaluate sessions attended at the 2017 ADEA Annual Session & Exhibition: 

Using the Mobile App:

Scroll to the bottom of the page, and click on the “Evaluations” button:

Using the Program Planner:

Log in*, and on the left-hand side of the page, you’ll see “Session Evaluation”:

You’ll have the opportunity to download your CE certificate after you evaluate the session(s) you attended.

At the bottom of the app window, click on the middle icon (“SoTL Evals”):

Using the Program Planner:

Log in*, and on the left-hand side of the page, you’ll see “ADEA SoTLfest Certification:

You’ll be asked to confirm that you’ve fulfilled the requirements for obtaining the SoTLfest Certificate, and be given the option of downloading the certificate.

*Log into the mobile app or the program planner using the email address you used to register for the 2017 ADEA Annual Session, and your registration ID number (included in your 2017 ADEA Annual Session & Exhibition Registration confirmation email).
