All presenters attending the 2012 ADEA Annual Session & Exhibition must register. All registration materials such as ribbons, badges, and conference bags can be picked up on site in the registration area located in the Bonnet Creek Hotel in Orlando, Florida.
If you are not attending the 2012 ADEA Annual Session & Exhibition in full, one-day rates are available.

Tips on preparing for your Poster Presentation.
Audiovisual Equipment in Meeting Rooms
All seminar sessions are set theater style with a lectern, screen, laptop and projector. Workshop sessions are cresecent set with a lectern, screen, laptop, internet and LCD projector.
If you require different audiovisual (AV) equipment, you must order it through our AV company, Freeman. It is essential for ADEA to know if you are using your own laptop and/or if your PowerPoint presentation has audio. If you have any questions or would like to order additional AV, please contact Ms. Renee Latimer at latimerr@adea.org as soon as possible.
Small Group Discussions are set in two rounds of ten. Audiovisual is not provided for this type of session. Small Group Discussions are first come first serve. All Small Group Discussions are located on the 16th floor of the Hilton Bonnet Creek Hotel.
Workshops/FDW are set in crescent rounds. No more than 25-120 people can attend at a time. Workshop sessions will have internet connection available. These sessions are not ticketed, information on who is attending these sessions is not aviablable. Workshops are first come first serve.
Poster Presentations take place in the Exhibit Hall. See the Poster Presentation link for further information. Posters should be set up thirty minutes before start time, and should be taken down an hour after your presentation. All presenters should remain by their designated poster number for questions and comments. All poster presenters must pick up a Poster Ribbon once they have checked in with registration before entering the Exhibit Hall to set up in the registration area. Push pins will be provided for each poster.
ADEA TechExpos consists of tabletop demonstrations or presentations in the exhibit hall. This format is best suited for demonstration of software and hardware in a one-to-one or small-group setting, to provide an environment that promotes interaction. All presenters will be provided with individual table space (2x4), an electrical outlet, internet connectivity and a chair. Each table will have a sign-up sheet. Please bring your own laptop for your demonstration. The ADEA TechExpo does not support poster presentations.
The Speaker Ready Room
The Speaker Ready Room will be located at the Bonnet Creek Hotel in the Baker Room.
Presenters will be able to upload PowerPoint presentations and test audiovisual equipment. An audiovisual technician will be available to you during the hours listed below to test equipment and upload materials.
