Cancellation and Deposit Policies
Reservations must be canceled 72-hours prior to arrival to avoid forfeiture of one night’s deposit. A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold each individual’s reservation. Personal check, money order or a valid American Express, Visa, Master Card, Diners Card or Carte Blanche card number and expiration date or a guarantee to the master account are acceptable. Should a guest cancel a reservation, the deposit will be refunded if notice is received at least 72-hours prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.

Hotel Policies
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.; check-out time is noon. Guests arriving before 3:00 p.m. will be accommodated as rooms become available.
*Please note when using a debit card at check-in your bank will immediately withhold the authorized amount from your checking account.
Deposit
Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of deposit of one night's room rate (including applicable taxes), which is required either in the form of a major credit card or check. Guests who prefer to pay their deposit by check must submit payment to the hotel within three business days after the reservation has been made; otherwise the reservation will be released.
Cancellation
All reservations are subject to the hotel cancellation policy. You may cancel your reservation without penalty up to 72 hours in advance of the reserved arrival date. A reservation cancelled after 72 hours of the reserved arrival date is subject to one night's room rate plus applicable taxes.
Early Departure Fee
In the event that a guest checks out prior to the reserved check-out date, the hotel will add an early departure fee for one night's room and tax to the guest's account. Guests wishing to avoid an early departure fee should advise the hotel at or before check-in of any change in planned length of stay.
