HOW TO MAKE YOUR HOTEL RESERVATION
Make your hotel reservation as soon as possible and prior to the February 9, 2011, deadline.

To receive special ADEA room rates, contact the Manchester Grand Hyatt directly at 800-233-1234 and advise the reservation agent you are with the American Dental Education Association, or make online reservations and enter group code G-ADEA.
The TTY/TDD line for use by those who are deaf or hearing impaired is 800-228-9548.
Rates include complimentary access to Eldridge Fitness Center and a 10% discount on food and beverage in all hotel outlets (excluding room service), plus applicable taxes.
The special ADEA guest room rates are:
Single occupancy rooms: $257 per night
Double occupancy rooms: $282 per night
Triple occupancy rooms: $307 per night
Quadruple occupancy rooms: $332 per night
Hotel Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. or earlier as rooms become available. Check-out time is noon.
Hotel cancellation policy
All reservations are subject to the hotel cancellation policy. You may cancel your reservation without penalty up to 24 hours before reserved arrival date. A reservation cancelled within 24 hours of the reserved arrival date is subject to one night’s room rate plus applicable taxes.
