How to Make Your Hotel Reservation
The Gaylord National Hotel is almost fully booked for the period of the 2010 ADEA Annual Session & Exhibition. Do not delay - make your reservation as soon as possible. Call 301-965-2000 and use group code A-ADE10 to ensure you receive the ADEA group rate.

Room reservations must be confirmed and guaranteed with a one night’s room rate plus tax. You must use a credit card to hold your reservation.

Sales tax of 6% and occupancy tax of 10% will be added.
Daily self-parking will be offered at a discounted rate of $10. If you choose to valet park your car, the full $28 rate applies. For guests spending the night, the standard parking fee is applied.

Hotel check-in and check-out
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. or earlier as rooms become available. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
Hotel cancellation policy
All reservations are subject to the hotel cancellation policy. You may cancel your reservation without penalty up to 72 hours before reserved arrival date. Any room deposit paid for any reservation canceled at least up to 72 hours before arrival will be refunded. A reservation cancelled within 72 hours of the reserved arrival date is subject to one night’s room rate plus applicable taxes.
