ADA CERP is a service of the American Dental Association to assist dental professionals in identifying quality providers of continuing dental education. ADA CERP does not approve or endorse individual courses or instructors, nor does it imply acceptance of credit hours by boards of dentistry. The American Dental Education Association is an ADA CERP Recognized Provider.
The American Dental Education Association designates this activity for a specific number of continuing education credits.
To receive CE credit, you attend the session in its entirety and complete the evaluation process for all eligible attended sessions. All sessions are listed by date and time. Please click on the appropriate time slot in order to select and evaluate your sessions. Please note that not all session on the Online CE Evaluation Form offer CE credit. Credit values will be listed next to each session name on the form. Only those with CE credit will appear on your certificate.
Two stations at the Registration Desk are designated for the Online CE Evaluation Form service. The form can also be accessed from any computer with Internet access; the link will be provided with your onsite registration materials and will be sent via email daily to all registered attendees with an invitation to complete evaluations.
If you evaluate sessions on an ongoing basis, your responses will be stored in the system and do not need to be re-entered.
We encourage you to evaluate all sessions, including thoses without CE credit, as your feedback is important to us in planning future events. The deadline to receive CE credit is Monday, May 3, 2010. CE credits for sessions requiring pre-registration (including Faculty Development Workshops, Lunch & Learns, etc.) may only be claimed by individuals who have officially registered for such sessions.
Once the evaluation closes, a CE verification form will be sent to you within 30 days via email.
Concerns or complaints about a CE provider may be directed to the provider or to ADA CERP at www.ada.org/goto/cerp.
The evaluation process is electronic only.
